Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Service Desk Manager to ensure outstanding support for our employees through supervising the Service Desk activities and IT Administration team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the Service Desk team to ensure timely and effective resolution of requests
  • Provide leadership and coaching to team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage vendors and contracts to ensure best value for the company
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in IT service management, including experience with ITIL
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions
  • Experience with Jira Service Management or other ITSM toolsets
