Position Overview: Responsible for leading, managing, and coordinating all aspects of multiple projects from preconstruction to closeout. Plays a key role in securing new business opportunities for the organization.

Reports to: Construction Executive, Operations Manager, Senior Operations Manager, Regional Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with clients, design professionals, and organizations to enhance future business prospects. Build high-performing teams through effective supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring, ensuring timely feedback and performance evaluations. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to drive new business initiatives. Uphold strict adherence to ethical standards and compliance on all projects. Provide leadership in risk assessment, contract negotiations, and pricing strategies. Oversee and manage multiple projects concurrently from preconstruction through to completion. Supervise the creation of the master project schedule and ensure its execution. Manage budget and financial oversight for all projects. Advocate for the utilization of various Turner initiatives and technologies. Administer the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program. Enforce safety protocols among project staff. Engage as a responsible corporate citizen within the community, optimizing Turner resources to achieve business unit objectives.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum of eighteen years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Comprehensive knowledge of construction cost management, scheduling, estimating, procurement, and engineering principles, alongside accounting practices. Proven ability to identify and pursue business opportunities. Familiarity with regional market dynamics and sales techniques is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong presentation capabilities. Ability to interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules. Experience with innovative technologies such as Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Lean methodologies to enhance project outcomes. Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements: The role necessitates the physical ability to navigate construction sites, including climbing stairs and ladders, and maneuvering through work areas. Vision capabilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The position may involve lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment: The employee will regularly work on-site at construction locations, facing exposure to moving mechanical parts, high elevations, fumes, airborne particles, and varying weather conditions. Noise levels in these environments can range from moderate to very loud.
