We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dietary Services Supervisor to join our team at Trillium Family Services. As a key member of our Dietary Services department, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen and commons building, including menu planning, food preparation, and serving for clients, staff, and special events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage dietary services, including centralized menu planning and related purchasing, food preparation, and serving for clients, staff, and special events.
  • Oversee the day-to-day cleaning and sanitation of the kitchen and commons building.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure high-quality food service and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our clients and staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience as a cook, with 1 year of supervisory experience in the planning and preparation of meals for groups of 50 people or more.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to read and understand MSDS.
  • Valid Food Handler's Certificate.
  • Current driver's license for the state of residence and a driving record acceptable by the agency.
  • Demonstrated ability to be an active team participant with strong interpersonal skills.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
