Dietary Services Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dietary Services Supervisor to join our team at Trillium Family Services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the dietary services of a treatment facility, including centralized menu planning, purchasing, food preparation, and serving for clients, staff, and special events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the dietary services department
- Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of clients and staff
- Supervise a team of cooks and kitchen staff
- Ensure the kitchen and commons building are clean and sanitized
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as a cook, with 1 year of supervisory experience in meal planning and preparation for groups of 50 or more
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and understand MSDS
- Valid Food Handler's Certificate
- Current driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
