At Honda and Toyota of Seattle, we are seeking an experienced Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for maintaining accurate parts inventory and assisting the parts department with routine audits, parts organization, and tracking.

Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday 5:30am-2:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Shipping & Receiving Clerk ships deliver and receive parts orders efficiently.
  • Maintain good working relationships with co-workers and customers through effective communication.
  • Organize and maintain a clean and organized parts department, including stocking shelves, binning new parts, recording location, conducting perpetual bin audits, and special order bins.
  • Check-in Daily orders from the manufacturer, incoming freight from UPS, FED-EX, Etc., and process monthly returns to the manufacturer.
  • Work with Wholesale parts representatives in managing incoming and outgoing orders.
  • Document all transactions accurately in the delivery log when handling returns and funds.
  • Assist in annual Physical Parts Inventory and maintain a detailed delivery log.

Requirements:

  • A strong team player who can provide exemplary customer service.
  • Prior experience in warehouse or shipping and receiving is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and ability to learn new software.
  • Flexibility to work Saturdays and adjust to changing priorities as needed.
