About the Role

At Seattle Children's, we're seeking an exceptional Operating Room Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to lead and manage the clinical operations of our Operating Room, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on managing surgical services and teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve patient flow, safety, and efficiency
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff to deliver excellent patient care
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth OR operations
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to inform decision-making and drive quality improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in an OR setting
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of success in managing teams and improving outcomes
  • Certification in a relevant specialty area (e.g., CNOR)
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $126,805 - $190,207 per year, based on experience.

In addition to a generous compensation package, we provide a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 403(b) retirement plan, and paid time off.
