Customer Service Representative

About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Global Channel Management. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles and be available to work from 12:30pm until midnight, Monday to Friday, and 10:30am to 7pm on Saturdays.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing high-quality, multi-channel support to customers through telephonic, chat, email, social media, and US mail channels.
Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, utilizing department tools and resources.
Acting as a positive role model, demonstrating continuous performance improvement and supporting department and company objectives.
Ensuring productivity, revenue generation, and quality levels meet or exceed customer expectations.
Using courteous and professional language in all interactions.
Working effectively in a team environment to achieve common goals.
Creating win-win resolutions to problems.
