The Quality Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet stringent quality standards. This position involves conducting quality assurance activities to fulfill customer order specifications. Responsibilities include reviewing certifications, assembling data packages, and executing internal audits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate supplier software for material compliance.
  • Conduct quality assessments of part orders.
  • Manage supplier database and guarantee timely updates.
  • Oversee OQE records and project documentation.
  • Interpret customer drawings and contractual agreements.
  • Prepare assembly packages and pump kits.
  • Execute internal audits and engage in process enhancement initiatives.
Qualifications:

Essential Skills & Competencies:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with military contracts and material evaluation.
  • Familiarity with ASTM and military standards.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is required.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and decision-making abilities.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Education & Experience:

High School diploma or Associate's degree with one to three years of relevant experience.
