About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Customer Success Manager to join our team at Verint Systems. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customized success plans to meet customer business objectives and drive value realization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to address their challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of Verint solutions and services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and expansion.
  • Manage customer health scores, providing actionable insights to drive improvement and retention.
  • Communicate customer feedback and needs to internal stakeholders, influencing product development and service enhancements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of driving customer success and growth.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions and ability to effectively communicate their value.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering win-win outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in closing renewals and professional services opportunities.
  • Experience managing customers of various sizes and complexity.
  • Knowledge of success platforms, such as Totango.
