The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Campaigns Manager to oversee the strategy, development, and execution of partner campaigns to drive growth of the Global Partner Solutions (GPS) sales organization at Lumen. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, technology industry, partner ecosystems, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of driving successful partner campaigns.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive partner recruitment campaigns to attract new partners and expand our partner network.
  2. Design and execute partner activation campaigns to increase sales from dormant and high-potential partners, ensuring they have the awareness, resources, and enablement to succeed.
  3. Create and manage customer campaigns in collaboration with the marketing ecosystem and partners to drive customer acquisition, cross-sell, and up-sell, retention, and growth.
  4. Develop and deliver "campaigns in a box" packages that partners can easily use to acquire and grow sales with prospects and customers.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including GPS leadership, marketing, sales, customer, and partner experience, and product, to ensure alignment and successful execution of partner campaigns.
  6. Identify and manage lead routing process to ensure optimized campaign impact.
  7. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders and leadership.
  8. Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights and feedback from partners, internal stakeholders, and customers.
What We Look For in a Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with 5-7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partner or channel marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful partner campaigns, experience in developing winning messaging and content, and knowledge of partner ecosystems and channel marketing strategies.

Compensation

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications. Location-based pay ranges are as follows: $94,420 - $125,890 in certain states, $99,390 - $132,510 in other states, $104,360 - $139,140 in additional states, and $109,330 - $145,770 in the remaining states.
