Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of District Nurse Supervisor at MultiCare Health System. This position is responsible for providing overall clinical supervision through management and clinical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direction and guidance to nursing personnel to ensure quality of care.
  • Oversee staff to assure successful CMA and DOH inspections of the facility.
  • Manage facility policies and procedures by monitoring CDC, AORN, WISHA, OSHA and ANA policies.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, CRNAs and MCHS administration to ensure a high standard of care, safety and success of the facility.
  • Manage equipment and supplies for the facility.
  • Manage the environmental safety and integrity of the facility.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Washington.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a perioperative setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with surgeons, CRNAs and MCHS administration.
