Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and develop Front Office Supervisors, Patient Experience Supervisors/Leads, and provide support to their teams to promote accountability, teamwork, and employee engagement.
- Scheduling and Operations: Assist with the management of patient and staff schedules to ensure optimal access and efficiency.
- Patient Relations: Resolve patient concerns in a professional and supportive manner.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement ways to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of daily operations.
- Training and Development: Participate in new employee orientation and training of clinic personnel.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster positive staff relations, communication, and a focus on Chas CO LTD's mission and core values.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration or equivalent experience preferred. Prior experience in a community health center setting preferred.
- Supervisory Experience: Supervisory experience in the healthcare industry required.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills required. Supervisory skills, organizational skills, time management, scheduling, and demonstrated competency in personal computer and related software, including Word and Excel required.
The employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to move around the facility; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
