Clinical Therapist, Adult Mobile Crisis Unit

Are you a compassionate and skilled clinician looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals in crisis? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinician to join our Adult Mobile Crisis Unit team at UMass Memorial Health.
Job Summary:The Clinician will provide comprehensive assessments, diagnostic formulations, and treatment recommendations to individuals in crisis. This role requires strong clinical skills, cultural competence, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct initial comprehensive assessments of clients in crisis, including clinical interviews and collateral contacts as necessary.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the client's strengths, preferences, and behaviorally based goals and objectives.
- Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation services as needed, and coordinate care with other healthcare providers.
- Document service delivery activities and maintain accurate records in compliance with program standards.
- Master's degree in a clinical course of study in behavioral health (social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or related field).
- Licensure as LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure or active pursuit of licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Current valid US-issued driver's license and a registered, inspected, and insured automobile for work-related purposes.
- Satisfactory CORI background check.
- Minimum two (2) years' experience working in a clinical environment.
