Clinical Director, Crisis Stabilization Unit

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our Crisis Stabilization Unit at UMass Memorial Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the unit, providing clinical and administrative supervision to staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Crisis Stabilization Unit, ensuring compliance with agency policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to staff, including performance evaluations, scheduling, and training.
- Develop and implement programs to improve patient outcomes, including crisis intervention and stabilization services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote effective communication and teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, including DPH and DMH.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in a behavioral health field, such as psychology, social work, or mental health counseling.
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting.
- Knowledge of community behavioral health operations and clinical treatment modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
