About the Role

We're seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Store Operations Manager. This is a full-time position that requires 40 hours of work per week, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of direct management experience and 3+ years of customer service and/or retail experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build dynamic store teams to create exceptional customer experiences and drive store performance
  • Ideate, create, and execute action plans to drive sales and client engagement
  • Manage payroll effectively and build out team schedules
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
Requirements
  • 2+ years of direct management experience
  • 3+ years of customer service and/or retail experience
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to provide accurate information to customers
  • Proven ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you'll receive medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as an employee discount and wardrobe allotment for participating Leap brands.
