Case Management Services Manager

Women Against Abuse is seeking an experienced Case Management Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing supervision, planning, and coordination of case management services for our DV emergency safe havens.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with case management standards, regulatory requirements, and funding requirements.
  • Assist in strategic and operational planning for residential safe haven programs.
  • Co-facilitate Client Review weekly meetings and coordinate case management services client groups.
  • Assist clients and staff in establishing and maintaining a safe and supportive community environment.
  • Conduct semi-annual outreach to former clients to determine if additional resources or support are needed.
  • Coordinate with Safe Haven management and teams as needed to support clients, coordinate groups, and provide interventions.
  • Rotational on-call coverage for sites.
  • Compile, review, and maintain monthly program statistics and reports.
  • Maintain Office of Homeless Services coordinated assessment reports and community level data for housing applications.
Qualifications:
  • MSW or MAA from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 4 years case management experience.
  • 1-2 years supervisory experience in social services, domestic violence, and/or residential settings.
  • Experience with residential and supportive programs, and knowledge of Philadelphia's housing programs.
  • Demonstrated skills in crisis intervention, conflict resolution, group facilitation, and client supportive counseling.
  • Experience leading focused and unstructured groups.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience using client database.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office software, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to effectively represent an advocacy agency or function.
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse population in an urban setting.
  • Bilingualism preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle ownership preferred.
  • PA Domestic Violence Advocate Training Certification required, post-hire.
  • Satisfactory Child Abuse, Criminal, and FBI Clearances required, pre-hire and regularly run thereafter.

Pay Rate: $47,500-$55,000 with full benefits

Schedule: FT 40 hrs/week, with rotational on-call responsibilities (modified hybrid schedule available after initial 90 days)

Location: North Philadelphia, PA
