New Product Introduction Engineer

Position Overview: The NPI Project Engineer will serve as the technical bridge among Research & Development, Packaging Engineering, and Operations to guarantee that manufacturing processes and equipment are capable of efficiently producing new products during the new product development and pilot/scale-up stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and document scale-up processes while entering all operational costs into an NPI system, including but not limited to flammable processing and filling applications.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across all functional teams within the NPI groups.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives from initial concept through quantification to product realization.
- Enhance line efficiency through labor optimization and automated packaging solutions.
- Manage new product capital projects from initial concept and budgeting through to execution and completion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Packaging Engineering.
- 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge in Production and Engineering.
- Experience in Packaging Engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project (MSP).
- Project Management skills.
- Commitment to Continuous Improvement.
