Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product requirements, concepts, and analysis
  • Lead design activities, including product verification and sustaining activities
  • Present work and results at technical design reviews
  • Seek out new technologies and extract value for our products and manufacturing processes
  • Build engineering design standards and role model usage
  • Complete tolerance stack-up analysis and design simulations, including FEA
  • Develop solid models that achieve design requirements using best design practices and industry design standards
  • Engage with our existing on-market product portfolio and enable them to continue to meet customer, regulatory, and manufacturing needs through sustaining activities
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of product development experience
  • Experience with mechanical drafting standards and CAD
  • Strong proficiency with analysis methods
  • Proven track record of applying problem-solving tools and making data-driven decisions
  • Proven technical leadership
  • Travel domestically and internationally (up to 10% of the time)
