Responsibilities

As a primary care physician assistant with HarmonyCares, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to patients in their homes. This will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments and developing personalized care plans
  • Providing routine check-ups and monitoring patients' health status
  • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and prescribing medications as needed
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Qualifications
  • Licensure: You must be licensed as a NP in the state where HarmonyCares Medical Group is located.
  • Geriatric Training/Experience: While not required, geriatric training or experience is preferred.
  • CPR/BLS Certification: You must be certified in CPR and BLS.
