Key Responsibilities- Prepare patients for exams, document medical histories, and take vital signs.
- Provide phlebotomy, EKG, and assist with Echo procedures.
- Organize appointments, update and file medical records, and verify insurance eligibility.
- Request prior-authorizations and arrange hospital admissions and laboratory services.
- Produce and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
- Clean exam rooms and maintain medical instruments and supplies.
- Medical Scribe Certification or medical background.
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
- Social perceptiveness and service-oriented attitude.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software.
- Chinese or Spanish language skills.
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
