Overview of the Role

This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless office operations, managing appointments, and organizing the diverse needs of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage client appointments efficiently, maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
  • Supervise office operations, including inventory management, administrative tasks, and maintaining a welcoming environment for clients and staff.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams to streamline processes, align schedules, and optimize workflow.
  • Oversee relationships with vendors, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely deliveries of bridal products and supplies.
  • Analyze data related to appointments, inventory, and customer feedback to inform decision-making and improve operations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, staff, and vendors.
  • Proficiency in office software (Excel) and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Prior experience in operations management, preferably in a high-volume retail or service-oriented environment.
  • Must be on time, have reliable transportation, and possess leadership ability.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum
