Job Overview

540 is seeking a Technical Project Manager to spearhead the swift delivery of software prototypes for a significant government initiative. We are in search of an innovative individual with robust technical expertise to collaborate closely with our Technical Lead within an Agile Scrum framework. This role involves contributing to the development of a data-driven platform that aggregates information from diverse sources and presents it through a senior leadership dashboard.

At 540, our Project Managers are referred to as Project Anchors. They hold the primary responsibility for the project's success as defined at the project's inception. Your role will encompass planning, directing, organizing, and inspiring the team to attain exceptional performance and quality, while ensuring client satisfaction. You will partner closely with the Technical Lead and Product Owner to craft the project and product roadmap, ensuring alignment between requirements and deliverables. Interaction with both internal and external stakeholders, data custodians, technical developers, and business analysts will be essential, making strong technical and business communication skills imperative.

Location: Flexible with a preference for remote work and occasional in-person meetings.
Citizenship & Clearance Requirement: Must meet client requirements, with a preference for DoD Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one as a US Citizen.
Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
