As a Culinary Operations Supervisor, reporting directly to the Executive Chef, you will oversee all kitchen activities, including training kitchen staff, managing food procurement, ensuring product quality, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards. Collaborate with our talented culinary team to uphold excellence and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure all food items are prepared and served according to established recipes and standards.
  2. Manage food ordering and ensure proper delivery and storage procedures are followed.
  3. Control food costs and monitor inventory usage to maintain profitability.
  4. Prepare necessary documentation and reports in a timely manner.
  5. Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and feedback to enhance performance.
  6. Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
  7. Assist in recipe development and maintain quality standards across all dishes.
  8. Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant culinary training.
  • Valid food safety certification is required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
