Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chef De Cuisine to join our team at Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all culinary and pastry staff, as well as all aspects of kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of culinary and pastry staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and food safety.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant GM and Assistant Director of Food and Beverage to drive business revenue, reduce costs, and increase guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement innovative menu concepts and culinary programs to enhance the guest experience.
  • Monitor labor, supplies, and food expenses to achieve financial goals for the kitchen.
  • Ensure that all culinary and pastry staff receive excellent training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of culinary management experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (preferred).
