- Conduct routine meetings with customers to review product information and treatment protocols.
- Retain long-term relationships with established customers to ensure customer satisfaction and create opportunities for new business.
- Represent the Seqirus Customer Experience vision internally and externally, and act as the voice of the customer with team members to build knowledge on customer challenges.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Health Policy, Life Sciences, or Healthcare.
- 1-2 or more years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on sales and customer engagement.
- Strong scientific knowledge and ability to communicate complex information to customers.
- Ability to travel overnight and attend meetings as required.
