Job Title: Pharmacy Manager

ReviveRX is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Manager to lead and manage our dynamic pharmacy team in Houston, TX.

Job Description

As a Pharmacy Manager at ReviveRX, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, including the dispensing of medications, inventory management, and regulatory compliance. You will supervise and provide leadership to a team of 60-70 staff members, including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring smooth and efficient prescription processing.
  • Develop and implement effective workflows to optimize accuracy and efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by coaching, mentoring, and counseling staff to enhance performance and professional development.
  • Manage inventory control, ensuring medications are stocked appropriately and inventory levels are optimized.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline operations and implement lean management practices.
  • Analyze pharmacy performance metrics and operational data to drive improvements and achieve performance goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing pharmacy operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current and unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of Texas.
  • 3-5 years of experience in pharmacy management, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in lean methodologies and process improvement.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and varying shifts between 6 AM to 8 PM.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
