Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer complaints and issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market intelligence.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of two years of experience in medical sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of the home infusion and specialty pharmacy markets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
