Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specialty Account Manager to join our team at CSI Pharmacy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with referral sources in designated sales territories.

Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and expanding our market share in the home infusion and specialty pharmacy sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales revenue goals.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer complaints.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
  5. Collaborate with senior management to improve sales processes, product knowledge, and selling skills.
  6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
  7. Develop and maintain accurate sales reports and administrative records.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years of medical sales or equivalent experience.
  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Home infusion or specialty pharmacy experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable automobile.
