Lindholm and Associates, a leading provider of Federal Human Resources (HR) and Human Capital Management (HCM) services, is seeking experienced Federal HR Consultants to join its team. With over 24 years of experience working with more than 60 Federal Agencies, as well as private sector companies and other entities, Lindholm has established itself as a trusted partner in supporting human resources and human capital needs.

As a Senior Federal HR Consultant/Workforce Planning Expert, you will apply federal HR expertise to provide a full range of strategic workforce planning, workforce assessment, and restructuring in accordance with federal and agency standards. Responsibilities will include:

  • Setting strategic direction and project scoping, planning, and management;
  • Analyzing workforce and identifying skill gaps, as well as conducting workforce analysis;
  • Conducting demand analysis and developing plan and recommendations related to organizational structure;
  • Providing deliverables as requested and developing Implementation Plan and Roadmap;
  • Providing transition support and change management strategy;
  • Assisting in development of best practices for standardization of business processes for each functional area.

Required Experience and Responsibilities:

  • Minimum five years' experience as a Federal HR Consultant/Expert with a demonstrated ability to conduct federal strategic workforce planning and provide senior level analysis and recommendations to high-level federal government officials;
  • Bachelor's or master's degree + minimum of five years related experience;
  • Security Clearance: Must be able to successfully undergo full security background and screening process.
