Allocator-Ops Specialist

At Nike, we're seeking a skilled Allocator-Ops Specialist to join our team. As a key partner to the Allocation function, you'll play a crucial role in building and delivering tools, reporting, and processes that support the complex store ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track core KPIs, driving effective business decision-making.
  • Analyze and visualize inventory data using Power BI and Tableau to support Allocation deliverables.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions and improve Allocation capabilities.
  • Contribute to standardizing tools used across Allocation processes, including hash release, seasonal readiness, and CODE gates.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline or simplify existing reporting and information used by Allocation teams.

Requirements:
  • Ability to concisely present complex information and recommendations to various audiences.
  • Deep understanding of data-driven decision-making and business needs.
  • Demonstrated experience in allocation planning, financial, product, and inventory planning.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and Power Business Intelligence (BI).
  • Strong understanding of merchandise, consumer, and FOP as it relates to Nike Direct strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree and minimum of 2 years directly relevant work experience.

What You'll Work On:

This role will help build and deliver tools, reporting, and processes that support the complex store ecosystem. You'll partner with Allocation and cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions and improve Allocation capabilities.
