Advanced Funeral Planning Specialist

True North Trust is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Advanced Funeral Planning Professional to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals and families through the process of advanced cemetery and funeral planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist families in selecting burial and funeral options and memorialization.
- Perform essential administrative duties, including customer service, paperwork management, and CRM software updates.
- Engage with and present to community groups and the public, enhancing the visibility and mission of local funeral homes.
- Provide detailed reports on interactions with families, sales achievements, and feedback received.
Requirements:
- Compassionate individuals with or without direct pre-planning experience.
- Sales professionals seeking a more meaningful application of their skills.
- Self-motivated and independent workers with excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Candidates ready to obtain MA Life Insurance, if not already held. A Massachusetts Funeral Directors license is REQUIRED.
