Customer Support Team Member
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Team Member to join our team at Vector Security. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Investigate and respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding their accounts and services
- Emphasize the features and benefits of our products and services
- Perform other duties as requested by management
Requirements:
- 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate PC skills, including Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
