As a Sr. Corporate Counsel, you'll play a critical role in shaping our strategic initiatives and ensuring compliance with key regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Transactions: Support major corporate transactions, including M&A, strategic investments, and other corporate deals. Collaborate with the corporate strategy team to identify issues, support due diligence efforts, and review transaction documents.
  • Securities Law Compliance: Assist with securities law compliance and reporting, including reviewing and preparing SEC filings, such as Form 10-Ks, Form 10-Qs, and Form 8-Ks.
  • Corporate Law: Provide day-to-day legal counsel to in-house clients on general corporate law issues, including advising on corporate governance, contracts, and other matters.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in M&A, corporate, and securities law, preferably gained at a law firm and/or public company in-house legal department.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with SEC filings and compliance.
  • Experience in the semiconductor or technology industry is a plus.
Qualifications

At AMD, your base pay is one part of your total rewards package. You may be eligible for incentives based upon your role, such as an annual bonus or sales incentive.
