Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive Culinary Operations Supervisor to become a vital part of our team at Cooper Connect. This "hands-on" leadership role is designed to provide a pathway for your career within one of the most respected restaurant chains while offering a clear framework for your professional development.

Your Contributions
  • Ensuring operational excellence by overseeing all aspects of the kitchen to guarantee exceptional food quality.
  • Building and nurturing high-performing teams, identifying and mentoring future leaders in the kitchen.
  • Managing a team of over 50 individuals, creating an inspiring vision, coaching, and holding team members accountable to high standards.
  • Enhancing profitability by implementing strategies to minimize costs, boost productivity, and manage efficient inventory systems.
  • Maintaining a safe work environment that promotes food safety and team well-being.
  • Improving overall restaurant performance by collaborating with other department leaders through regular meetings and setting ambitious collective goals.
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Restaurant Management.
  • Basic understanding of kitchen operations is essential.
  • Hospitality experience is preferred.
