We are currently hiring a Guest Service Representative to join our team at Hyatt Place Fairbanks managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality. As a Guest Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring guest satisfaction and revenue optimization through check-in, check-out and the coordination of hotel services.
Job Description:
The primary responsibility of the Guest Service Representative is to ensure guest satisfaction and revenue optimization through check-in, check-out and the coordination of hotel services. This includes responding to guest reservations requests, answering telephones and responding appropriately to requests, and handling any guest compliments or complaints and taking action deemed necessary. Additionally, you will handle cash, make change, and balance an assigned house bank.
Key Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent GEDPrior hotel and hospitality experience preferredExcellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skillsWhat We Offer:
