Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Finance Systems Consulting Manager to join our team at In-N-Out Burger. As a key member of our Accounting team, you will be responsible for overseeing the support of all Finance-related Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the support of our Finance Oracle ERP modules and other Finance systems.
  • Consult with key stakeholders to ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, report and dashboard creation, and analyzing workflows for process improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and consultants to optimize the Finance ERP system performance, on defect remediation, and troubleshooting system issues.
  • Work closely with IT and other IS teams to implement updates and enhancements.
  • Hire, lead, coach, and motivate a team of Finance IS Analysts to meet system support needs.
  • Provide growth and training opportunities for direct reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones, managing project budgets, and providing expert guidance to system teams.
  • Develop roadmap of enhancements, changes, improvements, and continued system consolidations to further simplify finance operations.
  • Maintain awareness of current trends in accounting technology with a focus on product and service development, compliance, and support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in finance system implementations or supporting ERP systems.
  • Prior experience managing the configuration of some of these modules: GL, CM, Projects, ARCS, Accounting Hub, EDM, FCCS, PCM, S2P, and Indirect Procurement.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of data and database methods and practices.
  • Proven track record of identifying and leading continuous improvement efforts.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience with project management processes, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Ability to work on-site in our Irvine office.
  • Oracle certifications preferred.
