We are seeking a highly experienced Planning Director to lead our Asia Pacific region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our planning and S&OP strategy, driving operational excellence, and delivering performance metrics for the region.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute APAC Planning and S&OP Strategy
  • Develop APAC Planning governance, framework, organization, and competencies, customer-centric culture, and KPIs at the regional and country level
  • Be a subject matter expert in Planning and business partner to stakeholders
  • Deliver performance metrics for the region with regards to forecast accuracy, OTIF and lead times
About You:
  • More than 15 years' hands-on experience in demand/material/supply planning, regional planning, S&OP, Procurement, Customer Service, Order Fulfillment, Supply Chain Management
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, communications, collaborative, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to develop and implement S&OP, supply chain, and service strategies, initiatives, and transformation within the organization
  • Prior experience in supply chain team management with a Chemical, FMCG, or Distribution MNCs is highly-valued
  • Strong analytical skills, and ability to present analyzed information concisely
Requirements:
  • With university degree or above
