Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the enhancement and innovation of the SOX program, identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure the internal control environment evolves in line with organizational changes.
• Conduct Quality Assurance assessments on high-risk controls to maintain compliance and effectiveness.
• Support the resolution of identified control deficiencies, overseeing remediation efforts and developing strategies to mitigate risks.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Audit, and IT, to streamline internal control processes.
• Initiate continuous improvement projects aimed at boosting the efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls.
• Design and deliver training sessions on internal controls for stakeholders to enhance their understanding of risks and controls.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in SOX compliance, Internal Audit, or Risk Management, with a preference for candidates with Big 4 experience.
• In-depth knowledge of SOX requirements, COSO framework, and best practices in internal controls.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CISA are highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
• A proactive team player with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
