About the Role

Frontera Health, Inc. is a leading provider of pediatric therapies, leveraging cutting-edge technology to deliver innovative solutions to families in need. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality ABA services to patients and families, with a focus on assessment, plan development, and service delivery.
  • Oversee the BCBA & RBT team, ensuring effective day-to-day operations and growth of assigned clinics or regions.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to launch services in new regions, including hiring, training, community outreach, and establishing school contracts.
  • Collaborate with Frontera's product team to support the implementation of new technology within our clinics.
  • Participate in community events to promote services to families and prospective staff.
Requirements
  • Acceptable graduate degree from an accredited university, completion of acceptable graduate coursework in behavior analysis, and a defined period of supervised practical experience to apply for the BCBA exam.
  • Well-qualified candidates will possess a minimum 1-2 years of leadership experience, including hiring, training, team member development, and community outreach.
  • General knowledge and experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) are highly preferred for this role, as we serve a diverse community.
  • Experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disorders.
  • Knowledge of Local, State, and Federal Regulations related to ABA services.
