Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for the delivery of ABA services to patients and families, including assessment, plan development, service delivery, case management, supervision, outreach, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct behavior or functional analytic assessments to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement ABA treatment plans, working closely with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Consult with clients and families to set treatment goals and provide training on specific strategies and skills.
  • Record and track daily progress, utilizing time in session efficiently to meet objectives.
  • Provide accurate and immediate feedback to clients and families, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Plan for discharge of clients, ensuring a smooth transition to other services or support.
Requirements
  • BCBA certification.
  • Master's degree in Psychology or related field, with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Two or more years of experience working with pediatric populations, including functional assessments and analyses, treatment plan development, and ongoing oversight.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
