Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive ABA treatment plans for pediatric patients, ensuring seamless integration with our Assessment Builder platform.
  • Lead a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs), providing guidance, support, and supervision to ensure exceptional clinical outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough behavioral or functional analytic assessments to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted interventions.
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to establish treatment goals, provide training on specific strategies, and ensure effective carryover skills.
  • Monitor and record daily progress, utilizing time in session efficiently to meet objectives and provide accurate feedback to clients and families.
  • Plan for discharge of patients, ensuring a smooth transition to community-based services.
Requirements
  • BCBA certification and a Master's Degree in Psychology or a related field, with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • At least two years of experience working with pediatric populations, with a proven track record of success in ABA services.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Windows, Excel, and database management.
  • Effective oral and written communication, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
