About the Role

Frontera Health, Inc. is a leading provider of pediatric behavioral health services, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization and delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver ABA services to patients and families, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing supervision and support to our team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs).
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinics, including project management, community outreach, and partnership development.
  • Collaborate with our product team to implement new technology and services, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client outcomes, increase access to care, and enhance our reputation as a leader in pediatric behavioral health.
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • BCBA certification and a minimum of 1-2 years of leadership experience in a behavioral health setting.
  • Proven track record of success in community outreach, partnership development, and project management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
