Job Description

We are currently seeking entry-level candidates to fill the role of PC Hardware Support Specialist. This position will involve diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware issues for multiple products, primarily desktop PCs and laptops. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expertly test and repair devices according to work instructions.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues using advanced technical knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong technical skills in computer hardware and software.
  • Experience in component soldering techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
