Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Premium Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Compass Group USA. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests in premium areas of the stadium receive exceptional service through the management and operation of the vintner pouring program and the cocktail sampling program.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the aesthetics, operations, and logistics of the App49 Wine program and specialty cocktail/sampling program.
  • Hold vintners, bar staff, and vendors accountable for knowledge of their respective jobs, consistency, and guest service.
  • Organize and correspond with vintners and sponsorship representatives for each event, from initial correspondence to event day logistics.
  • Establish and maintain good rapport with vintners, sponsors, guests, and team members.
  • Act as an ambassador for the 49ers and Levi's Stadium brand by exemplifying best-in-class hospitality standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Complete required company alcohol service training.
  • Wine knowledge is required, with introductory sommelier certification preferred.
  • Certification in Hospitality is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with managers, guests, and teammates.
Working Conditions
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess any required certifications to do so.
  • Must be able to work extended shifts of 10 hours or more as business dictates.
  • Must be flexible with schedule and able to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.
