Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Leasing and Property Assistant to join our team at Red Stone Properties. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for supporting our properties throughout our portfolio by assisting with leasing duties and various property management tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist onsite staff with leasing activities, including generating and managing traffic at properties, conducting leasing tours, qualifying potential residents, and preparing lease paperwork.
  • Support various property management duties as required, including coordinating with vendors, assisting with property projects, and handling resident requests.
  • Collaborate on marketing efforts, including creating and updating leasing and marketing materials, and ensuring accuracy across all platforms.
  • Assist in social media engagement and content creation for properties when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on leasing and property operations.
  • Travel to properties within the portfolio as needed, helping teams on-site to achieve leasing and operational goals.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to residents, prospective tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • 1-2 years of leasing, property management, or customer service experience.
  • Ability to handle both leasing and general property management tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with RealPage and Yardi software is preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%- 50% of the time across the HH Red Stone portfolio.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with social media and digital marketing channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Ability to manage multiple deadline-driven projects simultaneously.
  • High level of curiosity and eagerness to learn more about property management and leasing.
