Role Responsibilities:
As a Leasing Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Property Manager in crafting and executing effective marketing initiatives to boost property visibility and attract potential residents.
- Transforming inquiries into property tours, and converting tours into signed leases.
- Assisting in the management of lease renewals, including the distribution and follow-up of renewal notifications.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of advertising efforts and gathering competitive market intelligence.
- Preparing and comprehensively understanding all lease-related documentation.
- Handling all incoming calls and in-person inquiries, addressing resident concerns and requests.
- Building and nurturing exceptional customer service relationships with both prospects and current residents.
- Addressing and resolving resident issues promptly.
- Coordinating maintenance service requests efficiently and communicating with the maintenance team. Providing residents with information regarding community services and repairs, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Engaging in regular outreach marketing activities to attract prospective residents.
- Conducting market research and evaluating competing communities.
- Maintaining consistent communication with the Property Manager.
Candidate Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
- Strong professionalism, communication skills, and interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional sales acumen with a keen attention to detail.
- Highly organized with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently when necessary.
- Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office, and familiar with internet and email usage.
- Strong verbal, mathematical, and reasoning skills.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
