Front Desk Representative

Cambria Hotel Pittsburgh Downtown is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless stay experience.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration: Greet and register guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurate.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about hotel services and amenities.
- Communication: Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner, using effective communication skills to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Cash Handling: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment, maintaining accurate records and balancing the front desk cash bank.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior experience required, but prior hospitality experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
- Language: English language proficiency required.
