- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Care Coordination Manager, including handling scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
- Task Management: Monitor and manage various administrative tasks.
- Communication: Communicate and coordinate with external agencies to facilitate smooth operations and ensure compliance with required processes.
- Audit Support: Assist with the audit process by collecting, organizing, and processing necessary documentation.
- Customer Service: Perform a variety of customer service duties, addressing inquiries and providing support to enhance client satisfaction.
- Record Management: Execute scanning and data entry tasks with precision to maintain organized and accessible records.
- Additional Duties: Complete additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree OR 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in administrative, clerical, or customer service roles.
