Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Space Strategist Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our customer and senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong ability to handle a wide range of tasks with discretion and professionalism, and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the office.
  • Act as the point of contact between senior leadership and internal/external customers.
  • Maintain calendar and schedule appointments for customer.
  • Maintain and update records, documents, and files with high attention to detail.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Handle requests and queries from internal and external customers.
  • Take notes at meetings and provide meeting summaries.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management or related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years administrative experience preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of administrative experience supporting senior leadership.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent planning and time management skills.
  • High level of integrity and discretion.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality of information and materials.
