Customer Service Representative Job Description

The Judge Group is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Orange, CA.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for members and providers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist members and providers with questions related to the program
  • Provide information regarding eligibility, enrollment, benefits, and services to eligible members and providers
  • Ensure accurate and timely resolution of issues

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 6 months of experience in a call center capacity required
  • Bilingual in English and one of the defined threshold languages (Arabic, Farsi, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Vietnamese) required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6 months of health maintenance organization (HMO), Medi-Cal/Medicaid, and health services experience
  • Typing speed of 35 words per minute (WPM)
